As C~urb Managing Director of Property Maintenance, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a major in‑house maintenance and repairs function delivering services to over 20,000 customers and clients across Scotland.
You will lead a workforce of more than 270 colleagues, managing significant operational and capital budgets, and overseeing services that span reactive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance, compliance, asset investment and commercial refurbishment. Alongside delivery for Link Group and its partner housing associations, you will grow C~urb’s external customer base and develop new profitable commercial opportunities.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Commercial / C~urb CEO, and accountable to the C~urb Board of Management, you will also sit within Link’s wider senior leadership network — shaping corporate strategy and driving service excellence at scale.
